Mixed Levels Mindful Flow

Mondays 5:30pm-6:45pm PT

With focus on self-awareness and self-compassion, this slow class lets you choose from options and modifications to customize the practice to your needs. While sometimes including sun or moon salutations and other times offering creative sequences that explore many ways to flow, the class emphasizes mindfulness and breath practices, as well as meditation, mudra, and mantra.

Compassion Yoga These classes are small with a strong community aspect and are appropriate for those who want a gentler class with modifications.

  • Mondays 10am-11:15am PT

    • Gentle yoga and breath work with modifications, plus a chance to check in and make requests.

  • Wednesdays 10am-11:15am PT

    • Gentle sun salutations (option to use chair) with modifications and breath work, plus a chance to check in and make requests.
